June 26-27, 2015
How is your marriage doing? I mean, really doing? Are you growing in passion for your spouse? Or has that original feeling faded? Would you know what to say or do if a friend confided in you that their marriage was crumbling, and asked for your help? Would you know what to do if you faced that yourself?
Crosspoint is thrilled to partner with Curt and Rhonda Hamner to present a Marriage Weekend! This weekend will be focused on giving couples the tools they need to build healthy relationships and to help those around them as well. Curt and Rhonda are the founders of Between Two Trees Ministries. They have traveled the world to mentor and coach couples, with the goal of making good marriages better and giving hope to struggling marriages.
Over the course of this weekend, couples will be given the opportunity to rekindle romance and to revitalize communication. So, what will it look like?
Friday, June 26: 5:50-8:30pm
We will have registration at 5:50 and start promptly with door prizes and a session with Curt and Rhonda. Then, we will continue to provide childcare and allow the couples to head out together on a date, with a few specific things to talk about from Curt and Rhonda. You just need to be back no later than 8:30 to pick up your children!
Saturday, June 27: 8:30am-noon
Starting off with a Continental Breakfast at 8:30, we will move into some intensive coaching sessions with Curt and Rhonda. This will be a very helpful and practical time focused on how to communicate well, especially during disagreement, how to honor God through how you treat your spouse, and how to keep romance alive in your relationship moving forward.
$30 per couple, $15 per individual if paid by June 19, or
$35 at the door per couple
Childcare available upon request
This includes the Friday Night and Saturday Morning sessions, Continental Breakfast on Saturday morning, and food for your children on Friday night and Saturday morning.
